Real Estate Sales
Glenn Bailey first entered the real estate business in 1977 working with a Regina brokerage for several years. It was during that time that he earned an FRI designation from the Real Estate Institute of Canada. Glenn then worked in the mortgage industry as a commercial and residential broker, an underwriter and as mortgage manager for two financial institutions. He simultaneously earned a diploma in real estate economics from the University of British Columbia. After working as a financial planner for twelve years, Glenn re-entered the real estate industry, joining Indian Head Realty Corp. in 2005.
Glenn and his wife Tami were fortunate to spend lots of time at family cabins in the Qu’Appelle Valley from the time they were young children. In 2001 they were thrilled to purchase a property of their own at Katepwa Lake, where they now reside.
Glenn specializes in recreational property in the Qu’Appelle Valley. He understands the unique nature of resort property and is committed to spending time getting to know his clients and understand their needs in order to find them the best fit possible.
In his spare time, Glenn enjoys camping, and looks forward every year to an annual camping trip with his children and four granddaughters.
